Aching to get back out into the garden?
February 15, 2013
The sun is out over us here at St Eval today, the birds are singing and the distance is the sound of someone cutting their grass. Surely Spring is getting nearer?
According to Gardeners World, February is the month of Hellebores, "Helleborus x hydridus, are a sign that spring is on its way". Enjoy a bit of early colour while the weather is still drab with these easy-to-grow, low maintenance blooms. Hellebores are also an excellent choice for cut flower displays to brighten up the inside of your home as well as your garden. For all the gardeners aching to get out there, Gardeners World also recommend that this month you 1. Divide clumps of Snowdrops 2. Remove old hellebore leaves 3. plant lily bulbs in containers.
And for those of you who aren't so green fingered we have the perfect scented solution. From Hellebores scented small & large pots, Garden of Eden themed pillars to the fresh scent of Spring Flower in a blue and white pot.
Happy gardened themed shopping!
